Refund policy

At OHJAYTELECOM, we are committed to delivering fast and reliable digital services. Due to the nature of our products (airtime, data subscriptions, and bill payments), all transactions are generally final and non-refundable once successfully processed.
 

1. No Refund After Successful Delivery Once a transaction has been successfully completed and the purchased service (airtime, data, or bill payment) has been delivered, it cannot be reversed or refunded. Users are advised to carefully confirm all details before completing any transaction.
 

2. Failed or Pending Transactions If a transaction fails or remains pending and your account has been debited, you may be eligible for a refund or reversal. In such cases: The transaction will either be automatically reversed within 24–72 hours, or you may contact our support team for assistance.
 

3. Duplicate Payments If you are charged more than once for the same transaction, OHJAYTELECOM will investigate and process a refund for the duplicate charge once confirmed.
 

4. Incorrect Details Entered by User OHJAYTELECOM is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect details entered by users (e.g., wrong phone number or meter number). Such transactions are not eligible for refunds once processed successfully.
 

5. Service Downtime or System Errors In cases where a transaction is affected by system errors or service downtime, and the service is not delivered, users will receive either a full refund or wallet credit after verification.
 

6. Refund Processing Time Approved refunds may take between 24 hours and 5 business days to reflect, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
 

7. Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity OHJAYTELECOM reserves the right to decline refund requests in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms of service.
